Your Bali adventure starts with feeling sure. Here’s what to know before you book—from hotel pickup to your final payment.
Ask about your date, pickup or favourite package.
How do I book?
Choose a package and send your date, participant count, hotel name, and hotel address or map link. We will confirm availability, pickup charges, and the final price. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking; confirmation follows agreement on the price and verification of your deposit.
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is payable upon pickup. The deposit is calculated from the confirmed final total, including confirmed additional charges. Payment instructions will be shared personally.
Is hotel pickup included?
Hotel pickup and drop-off in Ubud are included for every package. Outside Ubud, an additional charge will be confirmed after you provide your hotel location. If your pickup area is uncertain, the final total and final deposit remain pending confirmation.
Are prices per person?
Yes. Every price is per person, including ATV Tandem. The tour subtotal is the selected per-person price multiplied by the number of participants. Rafting prices marked From are estimates until confirmed.
How does USD conversion work?
IDR is our base currency. USD amounts are conversion estimates using the displayed exchange rate date; they do not indicate that USD payments are accepted. The payment method and currency will be confirmed personally.
What is included in the activity duration?
Listed activity durations exclude hotel transfers. Schedules and vehicle arrangements are subject to confirmation. We do not guarantee a particular jeep model.
